During the month of September, the net proceeds of the Pitt Meadows Lions Club Meat Draw were donated to the Cops for Cancer Ride.  We were pleased to present a representative, Brad, with the proceeds last week at the Meat Draw.  Remember that every Friday the Lions host a Meat Draw at the Jolly Coachman pub, with the proceeds helping out the community for such things as the Hospital Foundation, local scholarships and local School Breakfasts, among many other things.

We want to thank everyone who came and participated in September.  The Cops For Cancer ride is an amazing way to raise awareness for this worthy cause.

Thank you to the Jolly Coachman for allowing us the venue to host the meat draw.  Thank you to the staff for their assistance.

And you can continue to join us most Friday nights for our regular Meat Draw which happens at 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm.  Come say hi to our lovely volunteers.
